Rep. Johson's bill, relative to rulemaking, was heard in the Senate Health & Welfare Committee today.  After extensive discussion, the committee has deferred the bill to next week's agenda.

HB 416

Rep. Regina Barrow's bill, relative to full practice authority, was read and voluntarily deferred in the House Health & Welfare Committee.  This means that the bill has been pulled from the committee and will not be heard again this session.
