Reminder: By-laws Voting to Close Dec. 1

If you haven't already voted, please do so by Dec. 1, 2017. If you have voted, thank you so much for your participation in this process.
LANP is requesting all voting members to please review and vote on several bylaws revisions as proposed by the LANP By-laws Committee and LANP Board of Directors.
Attached above and within the link below, you will find the current LANP Bylaws along with the proposed changes and the rationale for the changes. It is recommended that you open the bylaws revisions to refer to prior to and during voting.
The voting will begin on November 13, 2017 at 8:00pm CST and close on December 1, 2017 at 11:59pm CST.
This official ballot will be your formal vote for or against the proposed Bylaws changes.
**PLEASE NOTE: You must answer question #1. If you choose YES, you will vote once for all amendments. If you choose NO, you will vote for each of the articles following and will need the attached document above to read through each of them.**
In accordance with LANP bylaws, Bylaw amendments shall be adopted by a two-thirds (66%) majority of the total number of votes cast by voting members.
