Student Research Project Survey - Anticoagulation in Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) & Atrial Fibrillation

I am a pharmacy resident at Xavier University of Louisiana, and I am conducting a research project on providers’ preferences for anticoagulation in venous thromboembolism (VTE) and atrial fibrillation. I am requesting that you send out a survey to your members including questions on their educational and professional backgrounds followed by a few anticoagulation cases. Your help in dispersing this survey is greatly appreciated as it will provide information to help understand the factors that influence decision making in anticoagulation therapy. Responses to this survey will remain anonymous at all times and the providers’ names will not be linked to the data generated in any way. I have attached the link to the survey below.
