LANP is requesting all voting members to please review the attached bylaws revisions as proposed by the LANP By-laws Committee and LANP Board of Directors.
Attached, you will find the current LANP Bylaws along with the proposed changes and the rationale for the changes.
This SAMPLE BALLOT will be posted for 4 weeks in accordance to the LANP Bylaws. The voting will begin on November 13, 2017 and close on December 1, 2017. The OFFICIAL BALLOT will be posted online along with an email that will be sent to members with voting instructions. The official ballot will be used for your formal vote for or against the proposed Bylaws changes.
We realize this is a lengthy document and thank you for taking the time to read through the proposed changes.
