Nurses on Boards Survey

This survey is designed to assess how many Louisiana nurses are currently serving as a board member for For-profit, Not-for-Profit, Community, Local Government, State Government, or Advisory boards.

The data collected from this survey will be placed in a database to track our progress in meeting the IOM’s challenge, to support nurses serving on boards, and to develop training for those nurses interested in serving on For-Profit, Not-for-Profit, Community, Local Government, State Government, or Advisory boards.

The survey will take 10-minutes or less to complete and will enhance our efforts to promote and support Louisiana nurses in leading the way to excellence in healthcare for our citizens.
