2017 LANP Annual Awards Nominations Are Open

LANP is now accepting nominations for Student of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year and the Edna Treuting Scholarship.
We are accepting nominations from Deans, Faculty Members, Preceptors and Colleagues for the LANP Student of the Year. This nomination form is attached above.
Nurse Practitioner students who are members of LANP may also apply for the Edna Treuting Scholarship. This scholarship is in the amount of $500. LANP is pleased to be able to offer this scholarship to a deserving graduate student each year.
*The student nominees must be enrolled in school at the time of the conference.*
Lastly, all Members are invited to submit a nomination of a deserving Louisiana Nurse Practitioner for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award. We have many who are worthy of this recognition. We ask you to help us honor those NPs who are leading the way!
You'll need to move quickly! The deadline for submission of nominations/applications for all three awards is Monday, July 10, 2017. All awards will be presented at our LANP 23rd Annual Primary Care Conference in New Orleans.
