Health Policy Update: All Hands on Deck!

We are being told that the opposition has med students "all over" the Capitol--lobbying against SB 187. From this point until the bill is heard, we must utilize ALL options to push this bill forward. We have come entirely too far not to!
It is critical that you:
1. Come to the Capitol and meet with legislators. Contact BJ Haynes at 225-235-0617 to setup a time and meeting location. You will be talking to legislators along with our lobbyists and other NPs.
2. Call as many legislators as you can and ask for their support! See the attached list of Representatives above.
3. Get creative! We have a few board members who are emailing a quick video of themselves asking for support of SB 187 to legislators. If you have a smartphone, you can do it too!
