Name Our Conference and Win $100 off Registration!

We need your help to name the theme for our 2016 Primary Care Conference!  The person with the winning entry will receive $100 off their registration!  

All you have to do is enter your idea in the comments below this announcement or email us at office@lanp.org. Be sure to include your name and email address or some form of contact information with your entry.  

All entries must be received by January 8, 2016.  The winner will be announced on January 29, 2016.

The conference is being held September 18-21 in New Orleans, LA.  

To give you an idea, some of our previous themes were:
