Position Description

We are Kyle and Nicole Doucet, proud owners of Iota, Jennings, Pine Prairie, and Rayne Family Healthcare. As our practices continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

Our clinics provide care to patients of all ages, managing both acute and chronic conditions. Recently, we launched a Weight Loss Management Program and are currently looking to add providers at our Rayne and Iota offices. Additionally, we have an opening at our Jennings office.

Our offices operate Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is a full-time position. While experience is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates.
