Position Description
Thibodaux Regional Medical Center is in the sportsman’s paradise of Thibodaux, LA. This city boasts all the comforts of a small close-knit community within a few hours of New Orleans. Thibodaux Regional Health System’s Emergency Center is a 24/7 facility dedicated to handling medical emergencies with a triage process to assess severity. This facility is equipped with advanced technology for heart care and staffed by critical care certified nurses. It serves as the “Hospital of Last Resort” in a five-parish region, remaining fully operational during weather emergencies when other hospitals may close.
This is a 17 bed ER facility located in the Lafourche Parish. Facility is a 24/7, has advanced technology, excellent specialty back up, dedicated fast track, and state of the art facility.
Facility Details:
- Annual ED volume: 34,535
- BC/BE Emergency trained physicians or BC/BE Family Medicine.
- 36 hours of MD coverage.
- 32 hours of APP coverage.
- EMR: MediTech
- Supportive nursing and administrative team.
