Swing Women’s Health and Wellness provides comprehensive gynecological care with a focus on optimizing hormones as women progress through the aging process to maximize health, happiness, and longevity. This is a boutique, single-physician-owned practice seeking a candidate with excellent interpersonal and clinical skills and a strong desire to provide innovative, progressive patient care. We are actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant with a passion for women’s health.  The optimal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in women’s health and an interest in weight loss management and bioidentical hormone therapy.

DUTIES

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant would be responsible for performing annual well woman examinations, providing care for routine gynecologic problems, and managing medical weight loss patients under the supervision of the physician.

Patient Care: Provide quality care to patients. Promptly respond to patient calls and messages and ensure same day completion of calls, messages, and visit notes. Maintain accurate patient and business records including the completion of encounters. Recognize emergencies and respond appropriately in adherence to clinic policy and procedure. Coordinate plans of care, periodically review these plans, and implement methods to maintain the quality of care under constant surveillance.

Compliance: Stay abreast of all required responsibilities under applicable federal and state laws, statutes, or regulations as enacted or as may be enacted or amended. Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information as promulgated by the clinic’s HIPAA policies and procedures. Maintain required continuing education hours to assure continued competence.
